Blinking monitors, HELP??!!

Here is the situation, I have 2 GeForce 7900 GT with the NVidia 94.24
NForceware drivers installed using duel monitorsI in my computer. My system
was running great, but when I checked for updates for my video drivers, it
said there was the 163.75 NForceware which I downloaded and installed.
From the moment I installed the update, everytime I run a program using the
second monitor, my computer freezes for a sec and blinks or sometimes it does
not freeze but blinks several times. If i leave the program running in the
second monitor and use the first, my computer is fine, but as soon as i move
the mouse to the second, problems happen.
So, i uninstalled the updated drivers (163.75) and reinstalled the old ones
(94.24) hoping the problem would be solved, but I was wrong. The problem
still happens, which before did not with the 94.24 dirvers.
What can I do? Any suggestions? Thanks!!

There's a Nvidia Driver Removal Utility that you should use before
installing a different driver. Try Nvidia's website.

There is no uninstallation sofware. I uninstalled the drivers from the add
remove software, but nothing changed. Do i have to do that again?
