Blasterwormpatch

My machine has been infected with this Blasterworm. I have
had to run the "tool" from Symantec twice, but I can not
get into Microsoft to download the "patch". Both times I
have downloaded the "tool" from Symantec I have received a
message to use the "patch", but I can not download it on my
machine. Please advise!!!!! I am really frustrated with
this
