Blaster Worm Patch Download to Floppy

A friend's machine running 2000 has the worm, and it
shuts down immediately when started. I want to download
the patch to a floppy using my XP machine, in order to
get the infected machine running. A newspaper column
explains how to do this, except for the part about
downloading the patch to a floppy. Anyone know how to do
download the patch to a floppy? Keep it simple, as I am
of limited ability!

infected machine. Once this is down you can proceed.
