blaster worm again...

hi guys

i was wondering if someone can help me with this...

i cought that flipping blaster worm and i can't get it off
my machine...i still have the original w2k version without
any service packs...i'm trying to install the patch from
the ms site, but an error pops up saying that the language
of the pack is different from my o/s... i have a german
version and the patch was in german????

so...i'm trying to install sp4 but i get an error(forgot
the exact wording) and it never was upgraded.

what am i supposed to do? any thoughts? is there a third
party tool that removes the little bugger for good?

any help is truly appreciated
