Blaster PAtch can't load it

I have the bl;aster worm patch btu when I click on the
icon to run the program a screen pops up asking me if I
have my cryptographic services running on this computer
and then exout without installing the patch. Can anyone
help me with this problem?

Try the following from MVP Doug Knox:
Go to Start and enter each of
the following commands separately in the run box, pressing enter after each
one:

net start cryptsvc
regsvr32 softpub.dll /s
regsvr32 initpki.dll /s
regsvr32 dssenh.dll /s
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll /s
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll /s
regsvr32 sccbase.dll /s
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll /s
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll /s

You may wish to use copy and paste to copy the command lines.
