Blast Worm Patch

whenever I extract the patch for Blaster Worm, I get an
error message:

"Setup has detected that the build version os the system
installed does not match the update you are applying to
it.

you can only install this update only on Build 2600."

My build is 2505, but i cannot find another patch for
Blaster Worm. Could someone help me please?

Hi,

2505 was a beta build and is no longer supported. You will need to install a
release version of WinXP in order to install the patch.

WinXP Pro, Build 2505, was Release Candidate 1. Your license to
use that version of the operating system expired on 25 Oct, 2001.
Before you can use any patches or updates, you'll have to replace your
operating system with a legitimate version.
