Blank Workbook opens along with another spreadsheet

I just installed Excel 2002. When I open a spreadsheet
from Windows Explorer by double clicking on the file a
blank workbook also opens. This is the only installation
of about 10 computers that does this. How can I stop this
from happening.

Check the user's XLSTART folder(s). There may be workbook in it. Any
workbook that XLSTART opens when Excel starts.
