Blank Screen

I can't view any website, other than Microsoft websites.
After typing in an URL a blank screen appears. I have
tried to access a variety of websites, but they all come
up with a blank screen. I've reinstalled IE 6.0. I've
reset all the defaults.
Can you help?

Go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy Tab, click on Edit
and see what is blocked. Is the IE6 also SP1? When you
reinstalled, did you change a value in the registry? If
you didn't then the software would prevent you from
reinstalling. You may have to run repair to your OS but
further information on your behalf would help.
