Blank plain text e-mail in Outlook 2007

We have a user that can not view any plain text e-mail (nor compose plain
text messages for that matter). We are not running AVG. The image is the
same as many other users. Only real change was that the user tried to set a
theme in Outlook. This could be coincidence, but she did not notice the
problem until after this theme change occurred.

We've found that for some reason Outlook (or more properly the Word editor)
is tagging plain text as hidden text. If we select all and then paste into
Word, you can view the text if you set hidden text visible in Word. We've
deleted normalemail.dotm, tried changing plain text formatting, and verified
all settings in Outlook. Any ideas on why/how plain text is being tagged as
hidden? Any ideas on how to stop this?

We found it. Under "Stationary and Fonts," and then under composing plain
text messages, there is a hidden option available with the other font
options. I doubt hidden would be selected with a theme, but I think the
user just tried to customize it and selected it by mistake.
