Blank document

When I open Word 2007 my blank document is not blank. It is a document that
I never saved -- it is a message that I had typed for a quick note that I
printed then closed. I have tried to reload Office again but when I open up
Word I see that message again. I would like to to be blank with the default
settings.

Thank you so much!! That was driving me crazy. I don't even know what I did
to make it like that.

If we ever find out what causes this, it will be a lot easier to avoid. In
earlier versions of Word, the Works Suite Add-in for Word was often
implicated, but that should not be an issue in Word 2007.
