Blank Command Name

Looking in the Startup Tab in System Configuration Utility, I see a startup
item which is checked and has no entry under Command. Its location is
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run which is the same as most
of the entries in Startup so that doesn't tell me much. Any ideas about
this blank command name?

It's doing nothing and can be removed.
