blank bar at top of IE window

I was fooling around with the F11 key and when I pressed the F11 key a second
time the window returned, but between the blue bar (title bar?) and the
navigation bar is a blank bar. I've tried to push the nav bar up to close it,
no go. I tried to right-click on it but the selection box to choose different
bars does not come up. Any ideas about how to get rid of this thing.

Hi,
From View> Toolbars is "Lock toolbars checked?" You may have to unlock the
toolbars before moving things around.
