Blackberry Redirect/Outlook 2002

I am trying to install the Blackberry Redirect software
on my PC. My normal email works fine on Outlook 2002. I
keep getting this error message "Computer does not know
its email address. Either the email system is not
configured properly or this email system is not
supported."

Any Ideas??

Are you running Exchange? I tried to fool the system by
just running the Outlook client and was unsuccessful.
You need to be running Exchange and have a mail profile
established that the redirector can utilize. Once in
place, it works smoothly.
