blackberry & outlook

new messages come in to Outlook marked as Not Read; but few minutes later
when they are then picked up on my BB, they are marked as "Read" in Outlook.
My settings in the Tools > Options > Other > Reading Pane are cleared, nother
is checked. Am I missing another setting or is the problem with BB? Thanks.

On your Blackberry, go to your messages folder, hit the menu button and
select options, select Email reconciliation, select your message service(or
email address) turn off wireless reconcile.
