black mirror problems

i bought a new game caled the black mirror and played
it ,the problem is when i finished chapter 1 and ready to
go to chapter 2 the game crashes to desktop what's the
problem please help me!!

this is the requirements for the game

Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
Pentium® III 400 MHz (Or Equivalent)
64 MB RAM
8MB DirectX® 7.1 Compatible Video Card
Keyboard and Mouse
i have pentium 4 1.6 gig
ATI Radeon 64 mb dual (supports dual monitor)
256 mb RAM

Update your video card drivers
Update your motherboard chipset drivers
Close all background appilcations when you play the game.

And last, you can try to update to DirectX 9.
