I acnnot get the xp software to run. When in startup pc recognises new
hardware , then begins to load software , at 95% states that cannot copy file
as file already exists.
How do I overcome to get software loaded.

Did you have the printer cable disconnected from the PC when you installed the
printer?
That is the correct way to install. You may have to uninstall the printer,
reboot, reinstall (with the cable disconnected).
