BJC-600 Inkjet Color Printing/Banding

Changed from WinME to Home XP and automated drivers are
not adjustable to eliminate color banding on printing of
photos from FinePix 2650 Digital Camera. Have updated
all drivers, checked and rechecked printer basic settings
as allowed and still cannot eliminate color banding.
Also note printer is running at B/W print speed
apparently instead of slow color photo printing as in Win
ME. Believe this is source of banding.
Any hints?
