Help! Whenever I rightclick on a picture to save it,, I am only given the option of bitmpa, not jpeg or gif or anything, so I can't save moving pictures! It used to save them in .gif etc, but no longer. Why? How can I fix it?

If you empty your IE temporary files by right-clicking on the IE icon then
properties, delete files under temporary internet files that should solve
your problem. HTH
 
Hi

Try clearing out the TIF folder. Open IE and go to Tools>Internet Options
and click on 'Delete files'.
