save emailed photos as jpeg instead of bitmaps

When I try to savephotos emailed to outlook it always defaults to bitmap with
no other option. How can I save gifs as gifs and jpegs as jpegs, etc..in My
Pictures?

That's not an Outlook problem rather than an Internet Explorer problem.
To solve it, it ought help to purge the Temporary Internet Files folder.

Control Panel | Internetoptions | General | Delete files

To purge this cache regularly - to prevent such problems - you could use
http://www.browsertools.net/IE-Privacy-Keeper/index.html. This tool
allows you to purge this cache (and other useless files) on every
startup/shutdown of your system so you will have always a "trash-free"
system ;-).

Followed that thank you Brian and it works fine. However I'd like to save
pictures to a specific folder in My documents, how do I modify the script?
the folder I want to use is My Documents/John's Documents/John's
Pictures/Kiron Klub/dump.
