Why is everything grayed out in my BIOS. I cannot change anything. I would
appreciate any help.

Which you won't find here. This group is for issues with XP's Help and
Support Centre, the BIOS has nothing whatsoever to do with Windows. You want
help with the BIOS, contact the system manufacturer or RTFM.
