i was told by a professional technician that my computer
goes into an emergency stand by mode in which my computer
is on.. but all hardward (moniter, cd rom, floppy drive,
modem for example) do not work, because the temperature
in my computers bios settings is set too low. does anyone
know how to access/fix this problem?

I dont think you can control the temp in BIOS
for any system. There is an option for the temperature
in most BIOS'es. BUT it only tells you how hot or cool
the system is running. I doubt very much hardware
in a system wouldnt run at all, because the temp is too
low. Low temp is better than high temperature.
