i downloaded a bios update on my motherboard a month ago and install it, but
now im trying to clean my harddrive and reinstall Window XP? My question is
do i still need to install that bios for motherboard after reinstalling
Window XP? or i don't have to do it cuz its on the motherboard already.

The BIOS resides in a chip on the motherboard. It is completely independent of the operating system. So, the BIOS version will remain the same regardless of what your do with your operating system.

No,there is no need.As BIOS update has no relation with the Operating
system.

The BIOS update is not affected by what operating system you are running
so yes, go ahead with your format/reinstall. It will not affect your
BIOS.

It is there - an XP install will not affect it
