BIOS Screen

I open Bios and it opens for a second, then Closes. Will not stay open

Also when i use Ctrl Alt Del, does the same as BIOS screen

Hmm.. I fear you do not understand what the "BIOS" is - I could be wrong -
but let's be sure.

You have your computer off.. You turn it on and before Windows even starts
to load, you press some key or combination of keys to enter your system
setup/BIOS.. What key/combination of keys is that?
