I recently upgraded from Windows XP to Vista and it all worked well until I
restarted my system it gave me an error about my activation wich I had
already typed in on installation. I typed in my activation key again and it
stopped and said "A problem occurred when Windows tried to activate. Error
Code 0xC004F0463." It said "click for more information" So I clicked it and
it said this "The Software Licensing Service reported that the computer BIOS
is missing a required license." I can't use my computer except for the
internet it just shows a black screen and the windows. Can anyone help me
with this? Thank you.

Click the Activation and follow instructions, you will be given a choice to
activate on line or by phone. Go phone, you are given a toll free number and
can carry out the activation by self input or talk to a voice operator when
you can explain your problem. Its free.
