Binding question

Good afternoon. Can someone tell me if there is a problem with Binding
client for Microsoft networks to two NICs installed in a Windows 2000 Server?
I am running a multihomed setup.
The Windows 2000 ADV Server is a member server only. The server is used for
file & print sharing and is also running SQL Server 2000.

If there is an issue with Binding client for microsoft networks to two NICs,
what is the correct way or best practice?

No issue whatsoever. Just make sure the NICs are not in the same subnet.
