Billing/Time Entry Software??

I'm searching for a freeware program that I can use for billing
purposes. Basically, here is what I want:

I charge people per hour for the work that I do. I'm looking for a
freeware program that will enable me to type in the work that I did
for the person (i.e. "research. review contract. draft memo.")
Then I want to be able to enter how much time I spent on the project
for each entry (i.e. 15 minutes). Then I want it to total all of the
entries for each month and print out a bill.

Is there such a freeware program available? Any help would be
enormously appreciated.

Basically, here is an example of what I'd like the final printout to
look like:



Client: Mr. Bob
Fee per hour: $50 per hour

Date: 1/4/04
Work Done: Research. Review contract. Draft memo.
Time spent: 15 minutes

Date: 1/9/04
Work Done: Telephone conference with Mr. Bob. Discuss contract
Time spent: 15 minutes
