computers, full software complement, and high speed connections to rural
libraries so people could become computer literate (which you may take
forgranted) and learn marketable skills. Our library system in eastern Oregon
was a recipient and patrons' response gratifying.

Perhaps they did in the form of a stock dividend. As far as I can remember,
this is the first significant cash disbursement they have made (other than
the regular dividend).
