BIG text little Problem

Hi,

I have a user that has all of a sudden start to have large font issues with
Outlook, let me explain, when you open an e-mail (or start a new one) all the
e-mail headers as HUGE font but the body font is normal.

The same problem when we open a menu option such as Option from the toolbar
the buttons as in HUGE fonts the rest of the form is normal expxeectp part of
it is missing.

We have un-installed and re-installed plus tried to upgrade but its the same
& it is aonly effecting Outlook.

Any ideas anyone?

Sorry, I don't understand the problem. How are the e-mail headers
"HUGE"? How do you view the e-mail headers? In fact, I don't know how to
view e-mail headers while composing a message.

Sorry when I was saying headers I was refering to the area at the top of the
e-mail with the To, From & Subject Lines which are all in LARGE FONTS whitls
the rest of the e-mail i.e. the body is in normal font.

Does that make sense?

OK, sorry for the misunderstanding.

Does this also occur on the main Outlook panel?

Does the user have any Accessibility options set?

Is this something that started recently? Can you do a System Restore to
the time before it started?
