big files to send

I saw on nternet that it's possible to send big files by
going in "tools", "account", "properties", "advanced" and
modify the figures there but I do not have the "advanced"
option on my outlook.....can someone help.....

yes it does depend on the ISP and having a cable connection has really helped me, although I have to leave outlook on so that it will keep dumping them into outlook and not stopping at the cable website.
