Beware of latest Update patch!

Has anyone applied the latest critical patch
to IE 6 and then lost their color and accessibility
settings? They don't work now on my system -- XP Pro.

I even tried editing the registry but still no help.
 
Where did you download the latest Update patch?
What is the version number or filename of the patch?
