If your domain name expires by even 1 hour, shithole godaddy.com charges you
80 dollars to get it back.

What a scam!!!

All other registrars give you a grace period to get your domain back at regular cost.

I have had domains expire at other registrars and had no problem getting them back.

Do not buy domains from godaddy or you will be sorry!

Godaddy sucks ass! Do not do business with godaddy!

Just because....
I've had 3 domains registered with Go Daddy. I'm quite happy with them.
They've been easy to work with, no problems moving the domains over, easy
enough to setup DNS for my web provider. I'm a happy customer.
Just figured I'd present an alternative view.

Yup just been charged 80 dollars by godaddy to get my site back. This after requesting the transfer in good time. Extortion is the word that comes to mind. Don’t use them.
