Maybe it's me but I have had the beta loaded for about 2
months or so and it never reports as having
found/cleaned/blocked anything. I think I have the
settings correct. Even with this running, Spybot and
AdAware continue to find crap on my machine.

Does this beta really not work or am I doing something
wrong?

Neither.

This beta doesn't (in current builds) scan for cookies
(or data miners, as some cookies are termed.) The other
products you mention do.

These cookies, which are just text files, are much more
likely to arrive on your machine over a give time period
than the nastier full-blown stuff which Microsoft
Antispyware concentrates on.

So--are cookies bad? I'll leave that to everybody else
here.
