I downloaded the new software several times with and
without my Norton antivirus running and all times it
downloads ok but I do not get the full screen. The top
of the opening screen has File/Options/Tools/Help but it
is blank beneath it. I can click on Tools and perform
the scan but after the scan is complete it does not let
me fix anything. Any help?
