Anti-spyware won't complete cycle

I downloaded the anti-spyware on yesterday and on 3
separate attempts to run a full scan of the system, the
program seems to get stuck scanning this particular file:
HKey_local_machine\software\toolbar\server

What can I do to undo this problem and complete the scan.
It states that I have 6 infected memory processes; 373
infected files and 1333 infected key registry.

So I know I need help.

Uninstall it and before reinstalling it again run some of the other anti
tools.

This is a beta product. I suggest you download Adaware with the latest
definitions. Run that programme , which is freeware and then retry
Microsoft Anti-Spyware.

If not installed download Adaware and / or update Reference file
from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/ and use it to remove
parasites.

Tell us how you get on as it sounds as though you could need further
help to rid your computer of spyware. Remember no anti-spyware or
anti-virus detects all nasties and some are difficult to remove.
