This is the second build of the beta released, but it is not Beta 2. This
one would be called a "refresh". Beta 2 will show some signifcant changes,
I believe. I don't know how far off it is, though.

I haven't a clue myself. Don't feed on any speculation, but keep checking
here and the MWAS pages on ms.com. I'm sure it will be boldly announced when
it does arrive.
