Beta 2 TR is a step back

It seems like Office took a step back instead of forward with the most
recent TR. Does anyone else feel the same way? All RSS feed links are
broken now. Also I was able to override all RSS feeds fonts via Microsoft
Word's settings but now that's broken as well.

All feed links where? Remember we can't look over your shoulder.

What font settings, where?

RSS works for me. Tried recreating the RSS account already?

What method did you use to change the font?

I have only had one problem in OL, and haven't tried the other apps yet. OL
locked up when I tried to open a second window with my calendar, right after
I first ran it. Killed with the task manager and was able to restart and get
a second window.

So far, the TR seems a small bit more responsive, but there still seems to
be a performance problem when mail is being received. Still don't like how
much space the ribbon takes up and it is NOT obvious how to do anything about
this, other than go back and read the blog.

Guess we'll discover more as we have more time.

Sorry here is a greater explination of what I am talking about.

I have a question for you. I understand you know a lot about Office 2007.
I was wondering how I can get this specific feature back from beta 2. With
the RSS feeds, I could override all of the font styles via Microsoft Word.

If I go to Word Options, and then Advanced, and then down to General
options, if I click on the Web Options option button and change the font to
Verdana, size 9, ALL RSS feeds would be displayed in Verdana, size 9. After
I applied the technical refresh, the fonts are all defaulting to Callibri,
which I hate. Is there any way I can get the fonts for all of my RSS feeds
to be overridden by Verdana, size 9? I hope to hear from you, thank you and
mahalo.

Thank You,

Any and ALL links in any RSS feeds does the same thing. It brings up that
box asking me to associate the file with a program.

We can't help you, if you don't provide us with a sample link here :)

Run Office Diagnostics?
I am not sure what's going on there though...
