When I find a file I go to Google and have hard time find a site that gives
an explanation of
what the file is and does without wanting to run a scan on my computer. And
of course
install "their" software. I just want to know what it is and if it's okay
to delete it. I'm trying
to keep the PC as clean as possible and have it run faster......Thanks in
advance for the help!

Doe's this help ? http://www.filext.com/index.php

Thanks for responding, but no it is not what I was looking for. I know what
the extensions mean, what I am trying to find out is what the actual file is
so I can determine if it's a good or bad one, and do I really need it or is
it just slowing down my PC. i.e., "LexPPS.exe".
