Best webpage change notifier?

I looking for software that detects a webpage has been updated since the
last time it was visited and sends you a notification and shows you what has
changed.

I installed the demo version of URLy Warning but I am not too impressed. Is
there something better available (not necessarily freeware).

www.watchthatpage.com is a free web-based service which works quite
well.

Well after using WatchThatPage.com and Wysigot for while, I have settled on
the former. It has the advantage of not installing anything on your system
and sends you e-mail notifications, which is more convenient for me.
Wysigot also has a terrible documentation and stability problems. Thanks
for the responses.
