Best Time To Install AD?

I am intalling a new Win2K Server.

Is it best to install, update everything, and then run the AD wizard setup
or run the AD wizard setup and then update everything on the machine?

If you are installing a replica DC then it's always best to get it to the
same Service pack and hotfix level as your other Domain Controllers.
 
Yes it would be the same.
