Best place to buy PC Components

Looking to build a PC and have looked a Maplin who sometimes seem to be slighly over priced with some products, have also looked at PC World. Any views on any on-line sites?

Wow just found dabs.com, some great prices some things are so cheap

I try to buy locally but if I have to use online suppliers then CCL Online don't seem to be too bad.

Maplins and PC World are both really not very good at all.

Dabs are ok until you get a faulty product, or so I hear. I've bought a fair bit of stuff from Dabs, quick delivery, fair price, but have never had to do an RMA so I've no idea what their customer service is like.

I buy mostly from overclockers.co.uk; kustom pc's; chillblast; komplett; Scan; occasionally CCL and Dabs. Sellers I've had problems with are E-Buyer and Redstore and Misco.

Murdoch has decided not to buy a new PC!

RMA with Dabs> absolute Crap Trust me I dealt with them on a number of occasions, when I had to do a RMA For DOA they were the pits took them Ummm....... 3mths to NOT sort it finally I threatened court action and guess what they refunded me. Account Closed [by me]

You're not the first to say that, itsme. I only buy from Dabs, generally, when it's an absolute bargain. Last thing I bought from them was half price HP Photosmart Printer and I think that was over a year ago.

I did buy a lot of components from them but; they're RMA is a real let down had it not been so, I would still have use for them. Win some Lose a lot well thats What happened to Dabs I would do the same with Ebuyer if it happened with them and they know it
