Best method to transfer files & settings

I'm just getting ready to back up all files & settings from my PC to get
ready for installing Vista. Based on previous experience, can anyone offer
any suggestions on the best way to do this? I'll either be using the F&S
Transfer Wizard or Nero Back Up.... unless somebody can suggest a better
approach.

And on that note, do I have to do a F&S Transfer Wizard DVD for each user
profile on my system?

You have do it for each user, its pretty much the same as XP:
