You get what you pay for. If you're asking are their any great, well
supported open source charting components for WinForms the answer from
my research would be no. In the Windows the great open source projects
are few and far between. They are out there (e.g. NUnit) but just not
as common. Since you're asking for the "Best" I take that to imply
you're concerned about quality, if that is the case and you're
developing code professionally I highly recommend you consider
purchasing charting controls from a third-party vendor. My favorite
commerical charting controls are the Infragistics controls.
Infragistics produces a quality product and their support engineers
will go the extra mile to help their customers. In my opinion they are
an excellent company to buy from.
