The used derivative of Hungarian naming convention is very bad for
readability.

You managed to make a fundamentally thread safe functionality
non thread safe.

Visibility of fields is not good.

LOL, you have a good eye! With such a sharp eye, I would hesitate to show you my 'home grown' code for encryption, which I was very proud of as it used an AES algorithm! I have a feeling you would skewer it!

but whether the quality of your code tomorrow is better than today.
