What is the best freeware Download Manager please (and spyware free too)?

I have been using LeechGet www.leechget.net, but the latest version only
allows one download at a time. Surely there must be something better
available?

Why not Leechget 2004? I think it's the best around.

I came back to Star Downloader Free. Now in version 1.45.
