Best 5 x 7" photo printer? Need no other sizes.

I want to output only 5 x 7" prints. No other print size is needed,
but the ink should be as fade resistant as possible.

They will be framed, so glossy paper is not necessary.

Can anyone please recommend the "best" printer for this limited
application, being a combination of economical refills and relatively
high print quality without any cost-adding features that larger paper
sizes might entail.

The Epson 2200 sounds like a good choice. I don't know if there is good 5x7
borderlesspaper, but I think there should be.

As far as I know, no one makes an inkjet limited to 5x7
(or its A size equivalent)

I have only been able to locate SMALL (2x3 & 4x6) and
Letter size (8.5x11).

Dye-sub printers do come in some of the odd sizes
though, but the print costs are high ($ .53 (US)per
sheet for 4x6 on mine)
