Is there a concise feature comparison that could be used
to justify to end-users moving from W2K to WXP ? I have a
bunch of technical info, looing for something that won't
cause MEGO (my eyes glazed over) effect.
Thanx

Frankly, no real reason to rush to upgrade. Win2k is a perfectly good
OS, as is XP. Your applications will work as well on XP as on Win 2k.
Best to look at www.microsoft.com/windowsxp.

Provided there is no program or hardware device that they want to use
but is supported only in XP (which is likely to mean multimedia and the
like), then there is no very strong case for that upgrade. It is an
incremental one - if they were on NT4 or on a 9x system then the case
would be much stronger, given adequate hardware
