Bell South email problems

I have a laptop and a PC which I use to access my Bell South email with
Outlook. If I delete an email at one computer, I must also delete it at the
other which is very cumbersome. The same thing is happening with blocked
senders. I must do it at both computers. Is there something I can do so
emails deleted at one computer will not show up at the other when I access
Outlook emails?

In Outlook, have you unchecked the box to leave mail on the server?
Tools->E-mail Accounts->View or change existing... Select account, click
Next,click Change, More Settings, Advanced tab.
 
Once you have downloaded mail to your local computer(s), it is there,
and must be deleted on each local computer.

If you want to keep your mail central on your server, ask your ISP for
an IMAP account.
