Beginner Outlook 2000 user

I really have no clue when it come to setting up e-mail accounts usin
outlook. I have a few yahoo account and a hotmail account and I woul
like to receive that mail in outlook. I've been trying to set up th
POP3 servers and SMTP, but I have no idea what to put in. Pleas
help, I feel so stupid

I use Hotmail Popper version 2.1.1 ,it is the free version.
