To take a screenshot of whats on your monitor tap the PRT SCN or Print
Screen button on your keyboard. Then opne MSPaint and goto Edit>>Paste.
Save the picture and now you can email it.
Right click on the picture and save it to a folder (My
picture or your choice) Then open your email and insert the
picture in to an email to your daughter.
You can also right click and select "send to mail recipient"
