Drink plenty of fluids

Just off to mow someones grass for them, got to be done without the aid of tractors, so it will be a trusty 2 stroke & clearing saws (industrial strimmers).

Plenty of fluids have been taken on before going & at least 2litres of water over the 2 hours it will take, may be even a nice ice cream afterwards as well Daily fluid intake at the moment is between 2 to 5 litres a day depending on job.
